Refund & Exchange Policy

Exchanges (if applicable):
If you wish to exchange your purchased item for a different size or colour, please send an email to 0.04bQ or contact us on WhatsApp at NSA with your order number and the specific details of your request. We will make every effort to accommodate your request (if submitted within 7 days), however, please note that stock availability cannot be guaranteed.
To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in its original packaging, unused and unworn with tags attached, and in the same condition as when you received it. You will also need to provide proof of purchase or a receipt.
If the items are received in poor conditions we won't be able to proceed with the return as requested.

Non-refundable Items:

  • Earrings and piercings cannot be exchanged due to hygiene reasons.
  • Sale items are final, and we cannot issue refunds for these purchases.

Returns:

  • We understand that sometimes a product may not meet your expectations, which is why we offer a 7 day (from purchase date) return policy for our customers. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in its original packaging, unused and unworn with tags attached, and in the same condition as when you received it. You will also need to provide proof of purchase or a receipt. If the items are received in poor conditions we won't be able to proceed with the return as requested.
  • Please be aware that our policy does not include refunds for delivery fees. This means that once a delivery fee has been paid, it is non-refundable.
